What this site is

This site describes our local SEO services and lets you request a free audit or contact us. Paid engagements — ongoing SEO work, profile management and similar services — are governed by the separate proposal or agreement we sign together, not by these terms. If those documents conflict with this page, they win.

Free audits

Free audits and teardowns are provided for information, free of charge and without obligation on either side. They reflect our honest professional read of publicly available information at the time we prepare them. They are not a guarantee of any outcome, and you are free to act on them — or not — with us or with anyone else.

No ranking guarantees

Nobody controls Google’s results, including us. Content on this site describing results, processes or timelines is illustrative of how local SEO generally behaves, not a promise about your business. Anyone guaranteeing you a specific ranking is someone to be careful with — that includes us, which is why we don’t.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or interfere with the site or its infrastructure;
• scrape, harvest or bulk-collect content or data from the site;
