Service · Local SEO
Local SEO that climbs the map pack — and stays there.
Showing up once isn't the job. Owning the top three for your money keywords, across your whole service area, is. We combine on-page signals, hyper-local landing pages and real local links — then prove the movement on a block-by-block rank grid every month.
The levers
What actually moves
the map pack.
No secrets, no tricks — three families of signals, worked relentlessly. The businesses above you today are simply stronger on one of these.
01Relevance
Google has to understand exactly what you sell and where. We tighten your site's structure, service pages and internal links until there's no ambiguity left for the algorithm to guess at.
02Prominence
Links and mentions from local news, chambers, sponsorships and suppliers tell Google you're the established choice in town. We build them one honest relationship at a time — no rented link packages.
03Behavior
Clicks, calls and direction requests feed back into rankings. Pages built to convert don't just earn revenue — they earn position. Which is why we optimize for the customer first and the crawler second.
Grid rank tracking
Watch yourself take over the neighborhood.
A single ranking number is a flattering lie — you can be #1 at your front door and #9 across the highway. We track your position from dozens of points across your service area, so progress looks like this: the map turning your color.
Top-3 map pack position
What's included
The whole engine, not spare parts.
Local keyword research
The searches people in your area actually type — mapped to intent, volume and what they're worth to you.
Technical & on-page fixes
Titles, headings, schema markup, speed and mobile experience — the fundamentals most local sites get wrong.
City & neighborhood pages
Landing pages with real local proof for every area that produces customers. No copy-paste city swaps.
Internal linking architecture
A deliberate structure that funnels authority to the pages that make you money.
Local link building
News mentions, sponsorships, associations and partners — links with a story behind them.
Competitor gap analysis
What the businesses above you have that you don't — turned into a checklist we work through.
Profile & site synergy
Your Google Business Profile and website tuned to reinforce each other's signals instead of drifting apart.
Grid tracking & reviews
Block-by-block rank grids and a monthly working session on what moved and what's next.
Keyword strategy
We chase keywords that pay, not keywords that flatter.
Traffic is a means, not the goal. Every keyword on the plan has a customer — and a dollar value — behind it.
Keywords that pay
- “emergency plumber austin”
- “dental implants cost pasadena”
- “hvac repair near me”
- “divorce lawyer free consultation”
- “same day ac repair round rock”
Keywords that flatter
- “best plumbing blog”
- “what is hvac”
- “dental industry trends”
- “how to unclog a drain yourself”
- “national franchise terms”
Big numbers, wrong visitors. We’ll show you the difference in your first audit.
FAQ
Asked before

How is local SEO different from regular SEO?
Regular SEO competes for a country; local SEO competes for a radius. The ranking systems are different too: the map pack runs on relevance, proximity and prominence — signals like your Business Profile, reviews, citations and locally-relevant pages. A national SEO playbook applied to a local business wastes most of its budget on battles that don't bring customers through the door.
What is a rank grid, and why do you track with it?
A rank grid checks your ranking from dozens of points across your service area — because rankings change street by street. A single 'you rank #2' number usually means '#2 at your own address', which flatters everyone. The grid shows the truth: where you dominate, where you're invisible, and whether the map is turning your color month over month.
How long does local SEO take to work?
Quick wins — profile fixes, on-page corrections, internal linking — often move things within six to eight weeks. The compounding work of content and links typically shows its real effect between months three and six. We stage the plan so something is visibly improving every month while the slower assets build.
Do you build links? What kind?
Yes — the kind you'd be happy to explain to Google. Local news mentions, chamber and association memberships, sponsorships, supplier and partner pages, and genuinely useful local resources people cite. We don't buy link packages or blog-network placements; they're rented rankings with an eviction date.
We work at customers' homes and have no storefront. Can we still rank?
Absolutely — that's a service-area business, and Google has specific rules for them. We hide your address where required, set your service areas correctly, and build city and neighborhood pages so you rank in the towns you drive to, not just the one where your van sleeps.
Will you need to rebuild our website?
Usually not. Most sites need surgical fixes — titles, structure, internal links, a faster mobile experience and new local landing pages — not a teardown. If the platform genuinely blocks progress, we'll say so with the evidence, and you decide.
