What we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

• Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site — an audit request or a contact message — we collect what you enter: your name, business name, email address, and optionally your phone number, website address, trade and message.
• Usage information collected automatically. Through the analytics and advertising tools described below, we collect information about how the site is used: pages visited, clicks and scrolling, approximate location (city/region level), device and browser type, and the advertising campaign that brought you here.

We do not collect payment details on this site, and the site has no user accounts.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and deliver the audit you requested.
• To understand which pages and advertising bring visitors, and to measure whether our ads work.
• To improve the site by seeing how people actually use it.
• To meet legal obligations where they apply.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent; the steps needed before entering a contract (responding to your request); and our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our site and marketing.

The services we use

A small number of service providers process data on our behalf:

• Vercel hosts this website (privacy policy).
• Resend delivers form submissions to us by email (privacy policy).
• Google provides advertising measurement via the Google tag, which uses cookies to attribute visits and form submissions to our ads (privacy policy).
• Microsoft Clarity provides usage analytics, including heatmaps and session replays of how visitors interact with pages (privacy statement).

We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone beyond these providers except where the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

The Google tag and Microsoft Clarity set cookies and similar identifiers to do their jobs. You can control or clear cookies in your browser settings, opt out of personalized Google advertising at adssettings.google.com, and learn about Clarity’s practices in Microsoft’s privacy statement linked above. The site works fine with cookies blocked.

How long we keep things

Form submissions arrive to us as email and are kept for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and maintain business records. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the tools above. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Where data is processed

Our providers process data primarily in the United States. Where data travels from the EU/UK, our providers rely on recognized transfer safeguards described in their own policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@lodea.agency — we’ll respond promptly. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn’t directed at children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Meaningful changes won’t be applied retroactively to information collected under an older version.
